Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the delivery of the goods, the signing by both Parties of the act of incoming control, the invoice in the form of TORG-12, based on the original invoice and invoice by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, as specified in contract details. If an agreement is concluded with an organization related to SMEs, payment is made within 15 (fifteen) business days.
The acceptance certificate must be issued no later than 5 (five) business days before the payment deadline. In case of registration after the deadline, payment is made within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the Act of incoming control.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
