2. Purpose of monitoring:
The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form/update the terms of reference, analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoring, A Requirements Specification can Be Generated/Updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Monitoring Bidders will BE included in the pool OF potential Bidders OF the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is Not A Call FOR Bidding Procedure AND does not entail an obligation to conclude A contract. It is not an offer.
