1.To take part in the monitoring, the participant must fill in the prices in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the file "Monitor builds mater and Obor", there are 8 of them in total. The participants of the competition must specify prices only for those items that are presented in stores actually located in the administrative centers of the subjects of the Russian Federation specified in the competition.
Example: Krasnodar Krai – the price is required by a physical store or your dealer located in Krasnodar. A similar logic applies to other subjects of the Russian Federation.
Submission of KP on the terms of delivery of equipment / material from the "neighboring" subject of the Russian Federation to the subject specified in the competition in this competition is not considered (not provided).
2. Partial submission of KP is allowed, i.e. a monitoring participant may drop KP selectively (not on all positions) and not on all subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. The monitoring participant must necessarily familiarize himself with this instruction and Appendix No. 7.
Monitoring is not a procurement procedure and does not entail the obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
