Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата производится единовременным платежом в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания полномочными представителями Сторон Акта сдачи-приемки оказанных Услуг при условии выставления Исполнителем счета на оплату.

Оборудование должно быть поставлено транспортом Исполнителя с согласованием времени и места отгрузки с Заказчиком не позднее 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты получения Исполнителем заявки, подписанной уполномоченным представителем, на поставку по адресу: Республика Башкортостан, г. Уфа, ул. Ст. Злобина, д. 31/4.
Организация услуг по модернизации базовой ИТ-инфраструктуры (далее – Услуги) должна быть начата после отгрузки Оборудования и завершена не позднее 15 календарных дней с момента подписания Товарной накладной.
