Payment terms:Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code. Type of payment: Cashless - Payment order.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by the Supplier’s vehicles. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery within 5 calendar days, in equal batches on request.

Comments:
1. Agreement as amended by the Buyer (attached);
2. For participating companies that did not have a contractual relationship with OAO GMZ, it is mandatory to upload documents strictly according to the List (attached);
3. Delivery of products of new manufacturers that have not been tested in the conditions of the Buyer's production is possible only after providing an experimental batch in an amount of at least 5 pieces free of charge.
