Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the corresponding batch of goods is the date of transfer by the Supplier to the Buyer of the entire batch of goods in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

It is necessary to fill in the file "ADDITIONAL FIELDS OF PROPOSALS", supported by the technical documentation. And back it up to the commercial offer. 3) This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
5) The commercial offer must be accompanied by quality certificates, certificate of conformity, passports, etc.
6) A packing list must be enclosed/attached to each cargo place with Goods, as well as to each cargo place.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
