Payment terms:

When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results
