Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery as provided by the draft civil contract (Section 3 of this documentation). In case a participant suggests an advance payment of any amount, his application to participate in the procurement procedure will be rejected. The price specified in the procurement announcement shall include all the costs and expenses incurred by the participant while performing his obligations under the contract (in accordance with the draft civil contract, is given in section 3 of this documentation).
Delivery terms:
The maximum time of delivery of products (works, services) = 30 days from receipt of Buyer's request by the Supplier. In case a participant suggests delivery time exceeding the specified maximum delivery time, such a participant will not be admitted to the purchase procedure.
