Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya, 81) shall be at the Supplier's expense (a mandatory provision).
Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru on site in accordance with established procedure, have the right participants in the system.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier is involved in the auction, so he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude the contract for supply of the standard form of "Cordiant" without protocol differences and make delivery on the terms specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to make an offer indicating the delivery time, price per Unit, excluding VAT.
6) Selection of the winner is made for each item separately (popozitsionnaya purchase) on the basis of the minimum price, with a minimum difference in price popozitsionno, but a significant difference in the value of the lot, - possible purchase of lots.
7) If the winner for whatever reason, refuses to supply a certain position on the proposal for the competition price, the buyer has the right to order a given position at the supplier, which provided for the competition's second low cost offer for this position.
8) Accounts previously not supplied hose may contact the contact person and provide the party to the test.
