The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of the given procedure it IS necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of its commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

PJSC "AK VTZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results except for the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any participant of the request without explanation of the reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
