Payment terms:
Postponement of payment for 60 days from the date of delivery and provision of original accounting documents (s-f, torg12) and copies of quality certificates. Other payment terms are being considered.

All packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The delivered product must be a new product no earlier than 2022 of the year of manufacture (a product that was not in use, in repair, including one that has not been restored, whose component parts have not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
