Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Prices are indicated without VAT.
3. Delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is taken into account in a separate line: the number of flights / tonnage carried for 1 flight / the cost of the flight, rubles / without VAT.
4. The participants of this procedure SHOULD attach to their proposals in electronic form:
4.1. Technical and commercial offer (form 1) indicating the price per ton (for sheet, long, shaped, rolled pipe, wire), in the note for each item it is necessary to specify the quantity and units of measurement on Request. Delivery is not included in the price of the product and is highlighted in a separate line (quantity, price, amount). Prices in the commercial offer are indicated without VAT.
4.2. Quality certificates for the products offered.
5. In the technical and commercial proposal, the quantity MUST be specified taking into account tolerance (within the whole unit of production).
6. The validity period of the offer must be at least 20 working days from the deadline for submitting applications.
7. Evaluation of proposals according to criteria – see the procurement documentation.
8. The request contains Additional fields of offers - for delivery, cutting.
