Delivery terms:Delivery of the goods is included in the price to the Buyer's warehouse, shipment according to requests from the Buyer. The delivery period is until June 20, 2023.

1. The Charter (with all additions and amendments, if any).

3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
7. Offer for the execution of works (see the file "Offer for the delivery of goods")
