Comments: CP must be attached.
1) A list of mandatory information is attached to the request for prices which should be reflected in the KP. In the absence of information on at least one of the items, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) The KP must be issued on the official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify
- price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of the TAP issue;
5) Certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality must be attached to the KP
6) Before shipment it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, photo marking of the goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
(7) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
8) This procedure of request for proposal is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
