Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and submission of an invoice
Delivery terms:Delivery as soon as possible to the Buyer's warehouse using the details specified below.

Comments:
1) Inventories in accordance with the request, original factory production.
2) It is obligatory to upload a commercial proposal in the form (see purchase documentation), a document confirming the attitude to the product
3) Products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be accompanied by: a certificate of quality of goods, a passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations.
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
