Auto-extension

the bidder (participant of the RFP) declared the RFP winner shall open, within 5 (five) days from RFP termination, a settlement account in AKB "Lanta-Bank" (АО) for the purpose of payment transfer under the contract, for which the RFP has been held

Comments:
Commercial proposal must be submitted in two forms:
1. Editable
2. A scan with the signature and seal of a photo of the proposed Goods for delivery

The proposals submitted for the entire volume of purchased products are accepted for consideration.

No protocol of disagreements to the contract is acceptable.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВНИМАНИЕ:Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что настоящий запрос не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 – 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057 – 1061 ч. 2 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.

Участнику закупки необходимо прикрепить коммерческое предложение с подписью ответственного лица и на фирменном бланке. паспорт качества и сертификат соответствия на товар. Договор официального дилера. Ценовое предложение, поданное через функционал ЭТП, должно соответствовать цене в коммерческом предложении.
При подаче заявки на участие в запросе предложений необходимо прикрепить подписанный экземпляр анкеты и учредительные документы (перечень подкреплен к документации)

1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Стоимость должна быть рассчитана до указанных базисов, отдельно.
3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться
5.Срок действия КП, не менее одного месяца.
