1) Products should be new, not used.
2) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
3) Contract awarding criteria: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
4) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5) This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
7) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "products sent to the areas of the far north and equated to them areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
