Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring money to the account of the Supplier, within 63 days from the date of delivery of the goods and materials to the warehouse of the Buyer in the territory of PAO SNPZ.
Delivery terms:
Supply is divided into 4 (four), approximately equal parts, according to the attached schedule. Delivery to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of goods and materials. Specification No. 1 is signed for the entire volume at a time, then Specification No. 1/1 is signed for each delivery; 1/2, etc. Delivery time is 5 calendar days from the date of signing the Specification for a specific volume. On the territory of PJSC "SNPZ" the check mode is in effect, data on the transport must be provided no later than 3 days from the expected date of delivery, for filing an application for a pass to the territory.

Comments: In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the procurement procedure, the organizer of the auction reserves the right not to consider the proposal.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach to the proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure the application form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.
