Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. The delivered goods should be new, not restored, production not earlier 2018g.
The Term of contract signing by the supplier is not more than five days from the moment of receiving the notice of recognition by the winner.
