| Payment terms: | 3.1. An advance payment of 30% of the value of the goods under the agreement is transferred to the Supplier’s bank account within 25 days from the date of signing the contract by both Parties, provided that an invoice for payment of the advance payment is submitted to the Customer.
3.2. The final settlement in the amount of 70% of the value of the goods is made within 45 days from the date of delivery of the goods and after the parties have signed the bill of lading (the act of delivery and acceptance of goods), subject to a positive result of acceptance of the goods in terms of quality and completeness (input control). |
