Comments:
1. Only companies that have submitted an offer in the following form will be considered as the winner of this request for proposals:
on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized person of the company, with a seal
2. The offer must be attached at the first submission of the proposal and at the end of the procedure, until the opening of the proposals. The offer must contain the name of the goods that the company will buy, the volume, price and willingness to purchase and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract. Multiple submission of an offer (offer) is allowed. The mode of multiple extension of the request for proposals is provided for 30 minutes from the moment of receipt of a new offer (offer)
4. This procedure is a request for proposals. Is not a notice of the contest
5. The proposed fixed price for the entire period of shipment (RUB/t without VAT). The start of the shipment period is one month from the date of the winner's approval
