Comments:
1) Sheet rolled steel 09G2S according to GOST 19281-2014 must be heat treated, with mandatory compliance with the requirements of GOST 19281-2014 (points 5.2.1.1, 5.2.1.2, 5.2.1.4, 5.2.1.5, 5.2.1.6, 5.2.5 ( normalization), B11 (Appendix B)). The phosphorus content is no more than 0.03% and sulfur no more than 0.025%, with a guarantee of weldability. The strength class should be 325, 345 (up to a thickness of 32 mm inclusive), 265, 295 (over 32 mm).  - a sheet with a thickness of 30 mm or more should be polistno monitored for continuity of the UZD or other equivalent method. Control methods must comply with GOST 22727, control standards - 1st class according to GOST 22727; - sheet thickness of 12 mm or more must be tested polistno (fur. properties).
2) Sheet metal for the manufacture of pipe gratings must be additionally tested for tensile strength on samples along the thickness of the rolled product, while the narrowing of the cross-section must be at least 35%
