In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.

The choice of the most profitable offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferable ;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement on the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo" ;
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer is received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this Bid Notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
It is necessary to have a State registration on the territory of the Russian Federation as an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity (for foreign companies - a resident legal entity).
Legal entities, individuals and individual entrepreneurs can participate in this Price Request procedure. In order to claim victory in this Price Request procedure and for the right to conclude a Contract, the Bidder must meet the following requirements:
a) the Bidder of the Call for Bidding is obliged to comply with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons delivering goods, performing works, rendering services that are the subject of the Call for Bidding;
b) the Call for Bidding Bidder, which is a legal entity, should not be in a state of liquidation, there should be no decisions of the arbitration court on declaring bankrupt and/or on opening bankruptcy proceedings;
c) the activity of the Call for Bidding Bidder shall not be suspended in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on the day of filing the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding;
d) the Bidder of the Call for Bidding must have no arrears on accrued taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary funds for the past calendar year or the last completed reporting period, the amount of which exceeds twenty-five percent of the book value of the assets of the Call for Bidding Bidder according to the accounting statements for the last completed reporting period;
e) no information about the Bidder of Call for Bidding in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, provided for by Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities";
f) the absence of information about the Call for Bidding Bidder in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for by Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 "On Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, Provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs" and Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 05, 2013 "On the Contract System in the Field of Calls for Bidding for goods, works, and services to meet state and municipal needs";
g) absence of information about the Call forBidding Bidder in the register of unscrupulous suppliers of Salavatsteklo JSC
h) if the Call for Bidding Bidder is an individual (individual entrepreneur), he must be able-bodied and not registered in a narcological dispensary and a neuropsychiatric dispensary;
i) availability of financial, material resources, as well as other capabilities (resources) necessary to fulfill the terms of the contract;
j) the Bidder has an admission (SRO) for the performance of works, the provision of services that are the subject of Call for Bidding;;
k) experience in performing similar work;
l) availability of own technical base in full, necessary for the performance of work (licenses, certificates, permits, etc.);
m) availability of specialists necessary for the performance of work
