Payment terms:The cost of a batch of Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for a batch of Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's settlement account upon the fact of the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the Products and a full set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, commodity invoice, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the conditions of Article 317.1. Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
