Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the corresponding consignment of goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of shipment of the corresponding consignment of Goods at the Supplier's warehouse.
Delivery terms:1. In the cost of products, provide for packaging and, if necessary, crate the cargo.
2. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment.
3. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and their quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
4. Products must be new, not used.
5. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total by lot (weight, volume).
6. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form specified by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the proposal (15 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the KP"

Comments:
1) Commercial proposal must be filled in according to the form attached to the procurement documentation
2) Products must be new, not used;
3) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates;
4) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
5) This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
