- Obligatory submission of a commercial proposal certified by the seal and signature of the head.
- Saving the cost of equipment 60 calendar days.
- Availability of documents confirming the quality of products (passports, certificates of conformity of products with safety requirements, licenses).

Required set of documents:
1. Commercial offer.
2. Extract from USRLE.
3. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
4. Certificate of state registration of legal faces.
5. Certificate of tax registration faces.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Charter.
8. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
