The price must be specified for 1 bay. product. In the commercial offer, it is required to specify the period of production of the goods, the payment term, the warranty, the location of the warehouse for loading the goods, the status of the supplier (manufacturer, dealer, intermediary) and GOST/TU. Also, a Certificate of conformity for the product must be attached to the commercial offer. The price of the goods includes all the supplier's expenses related to the goods (packaging, labeling, loading, delivery). It is allowed to submit an offer not for the entire volume of the product.
After submitting the KP, transfer 1 unit of goods for testing.
When delivering a batch of Goods in a smaller or larger quantity from the quantity of the declared batch of Goods, payment is made for the quantity of Goods actually received at the price agreed upon under the contract.
When considering a commercial offer, the main evaluation criterion will be the price. Also, the evaluation criteria will be the payment terms, the status of the participant, the location of the warehouse for loading the goods and the quality of the goods. For the conclusion of the contract, after consideration of commercial proposals, several procurement participants can be selected.
