Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Buyer pays for the received new Goods in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 banking days calendar days from the date of signing the consignment note / bill of lading or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no complaints about the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the Goods properly the invoice issued in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and the originals of shipping documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all the above documents.
