Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the trading and purchasing system "B2B-cordiant" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and possessing the rights of the member of the system.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal specifying delivery time and payment terms, as well as the Certificate (of a representative, partner, ...)
6) Accepted shall be only the proposals from bidders on В2В-Center.
7) In cases when the counterparty is not a producer of inventory, and he is not able to provide the documents (the status must be confirmed by the official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer inventory or information about the status of the supplier must be present at (Delivery of "non-original" inventory), and providing 100% postponement of not less than 45 days.
