PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the qualification selection of contractors for participation in the tender for the implementation of a range of services within the framework of increasing the capacity of hardware cellular communication devices at the Devyatkino station, issued by the State Unitary Enterprise Petersburg Metropolitan.

The result of the performance of the Contractor's work is a registered Work Performance Agreement.
To participate in the competition, we ask you to send the following completed documents to Tender_Khashukoev2020@beeline.ru by 15.00 Moscow time on February 15, 2021:
1. Declaration of Conformity by submitting it in Excel and PDF formats (scanned with signature). To confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all the Appendices required in the Declaration of Conformity.
2. Participant's questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature);
3. Appendix 2. Financial analysis by submitting in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. Appendix 3. Form for collecting data on tax discipline (Excel);
5. Request for a preliminary Commercial Proposal (in Exce format) l;
6. Negotiating agreement by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature).
The procurement event is planned to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the documentation received).
2. stage - Commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address Tender_Khashukoev2020@beeline.ru no later than February 15, 2021 (in the subject line it is necessary to indicate "Participant's name / Devyatkino power increase qualification"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or
several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
