Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

I suggest you consider the possibility of delivering rolled metal to our address in accordance with the Appendix.
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- minimum cost of products/lot;
- the validity period of the CP is not less than 30 calendar days.
- smaller minimum batch size;
- minimum delivery time (preferably from availability);
- subjective assessment of the reliability of the company
- consent to work under the standard contract of JSC "MZ "Arsenal" with
- payment terms – preferably – within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products; all other things being equal, the contractor who offered the best payment terms (a smaller % advance and a larger number of days of delay) has an advantage over the other participants;
