Attach a Commercial Proposal to the procedure on the letterhead of the supplier organization, in the Commercial Proposal it should be indicated:
1. Name, TIN of the supplier organization, contacts for contacting the responsible person;
2. For each crane-beam: name (brand, model, drawing number, etc.), production time, warranty period, price, list of equipment included in the delivery package, payment terms, address for pickup, cost and delivery time to the place of delivery; for crane-beam g/n 4 tons be sure to specify the method (method) of protection against aggressive environment, warranty period for protection.
3. In case of readiness to provide installation services (supervision of installation), specify separately: the number of personnel involved on the part of the supplier and on the part of the buyer (if necessary), the list of equipment (materials) on the part of the buyer, the time of mobilization to the facility and the time of work. Accommodation at the facility is not provided, meals are for an additional fee. Accommodation, SBO, daily delivery of the supplier's personnel to the work site is organized by the supplier independently.
