Payment terms:Payment by the Buyer of the cost of products to the Supplier is made upon delivery of all products on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer (or UPD):

I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the signing of the parish order by the consignee after the receipt of the Products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness (for the winner/singular a non-SME member).

II. within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the signing of the parish order by the consignee after the receipt of the Products of the proper quality and in the proper completeness (for the winner/sole a member who is a subject of SMEs).


The offer must clearly determine the price of the unit of production; the total price of the contract under the terms specified in the request; the expiry of the proposed price, additional costs (shefmontage, shefnadzka and etc.); calculation of the price of the proposal on the form of the sample of the table sent in the request with the application (if necessary) of the decrypts for individual costs in order to prevent intentional overstatement or understatement prices for products, etc.
The validity of the TKP should expire no earlier than 01.10.2020.
Delivery requirements: Supplied Products must be new, not in use (use). The supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the supplied Products.
The conduct of this procedure of collecting information does not entail any obligation for the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
