Payment terms:
Within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of PJSC ChMK.
Delivery terms:
Within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and specifications.
Agreement as amended by ChMK OJSC without protocol of disagreements.
Transportation costs shall be included into the products cost.
Submission of a certificate of conformity is required.
Comments: 1) Mandatory presence of a certificate of origin, original passports;
With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) Production year - not earlier than 2019;
3) Signing a supply agreement and specifications in a standard form of PJSC ChMK, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of the products and companies with a dealer certificate have priority.
6) If you are an official representative of a manufacturing company, please attach all documents to B2B.
7) If you find discrepancies in the name, quantity, etc., please refer to the procurement documentation and TK.
