Comments:
1. The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the delivered goods that meet the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the Goods of the specified type (type). For the delivered goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with the regulatory documents confirming the quality for this type of product for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes to eliminate defects (replace) the product at its own expense in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Each item of the product must be shipped in the original packaging (regardless of the quantity and multiplicity), have a passport for the product, a certificate of compliance with the applicable deadlines. In the event that certification for the product is not required, provide a refusal letter informing that the product is not subject to mandatory certification.
2. It is mandatory to upload a specification (KP) with the cost and delivery time for each item
