Payment terms:
100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred grace period is at least 60 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Other terms of payment are agreed by the Parties additionally.
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments in payment for the products based on the results of the acceptance, subject to the Supplier providing the original documents confirming the quality of the products, waybills and invoices, corresponding to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Yuzhnaya Promzona, Warehouse. Delivery time of goods: minimum from the moment of signing the Agreement by the Buyer. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered item must be new, not refurbished. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the Parties additionally.
Products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization, a certificate of conformity, permission to use, a certificate of a dealer with manufacturing plants or confirmation of the status of a supplier, a reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
The conclusion of the contract only in the standard edition of PJSC "Yuzhny Kuzbass" without a protocol of disagreements (See attachment).
The offer (offer) must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating an offer is a deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
Pay attention! In the event that products of another manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the name of the manufacturer and the changed catalog number must be indicated in the commercial proposal. Also, the offer must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the enterprise, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
The quantity on request can be changed in case of changes in applications from enterprises.
