Requirements for the Bidder:
1. Availability of a License of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to carry out maintenance, repair, installation, design of fire protection systems.
for the following activities:
-installation, maintenance and repair of fire extinguishing systems and their elements, including dispatching and commissioning;
-installation, maintenance and repair of fire and security alarm systems and their elements, including dispatching and commissioning;
-installation, maintenance and repair of fire-fighting water supply systems and their elements, including dispatching and commissioning;
-installation, maintenance and repair of automatic systems (elements of automatic systems) of smoke ventilation, including dispatching and commissioning;
-installation, maintenance and repair of fire curtains and curtains, including dispatching and commissioning;
-installation, maintenance and repair of filling openings in fire barriers;
-performance of works on fire protection of materials, products and structures;
-installation, maintenance and repair of primary fire extinguishing equipment;
-installation, maintenance and repair of fire warning and evacuation systems and their elements, including dispatching and commissioning, including photoluminescent evacuation systems and their elements;
-installation, maintenance and repair of automatic systems (elements of automatic systems) for transmitting fire Bidden Notices, including dispatching and commissioning.

3. Absence of tax and fee arrears.
4. Availability of service personnel in the company's staff (a certificate of the company's staffing with indication of positions is provided).
5. Availability of Certificates, certificates, training protocols for maintenance personnel on the course of maintenance of APS and AUPT equipment based on BOLID, ORION, SAGITTARIUS, OCTOPUS (copies of these documents are provided).
6. The presence of qualified engineers, leading engineers with higher technical education in low-current systems in the Bidder's staff (copies of university graduation diplomas are provided).
7. Availability of experience in carrying out similar work at other facilities (a certificate of work experience is provided indicating the service life, the name of the Customer's company, the results of the work carried out for 2020 - 2024).
8. Availability of a round-the-clock dispatch service for receiving bids for repairs, restoration of fire protection systems (a certificate with the phones of the Bidder's dispatch service is provided).
9. Availability of a minimum list of equipment, tools, technical means, including measurements, for performing works and rendering services in the field of fire safety when carrying out activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety equipment for buildings and structures (based on the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations dated 07/31/2021 No. 571). It is provided in the form of a list of equipment certified by the seal and signature of the general director in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
10. The completed Commercial Proposal according to the Customer's form.
11. Certificate of availability of stock of spare parts for fire-fighting systems specified in the List of equipment for maintenance.
12. Availability of a certificate of registration of an electrical laboratory in the Interregional Technological Department of the Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service with the right to perform acceptance tests, preventive tests and measurements of electrical equipment and electrical installations with a voltage of up to 1000 V.
13. Availability of an accreditation certificate for checking the operability of fire protection systems and elements of fire protection and fire safety.
14. Access of a self-regulatory organization to the right to prepare project documentation:
in relation to capital construction projects (except for especially dangerous, technically complex and unique facilities, facilities for the use of atomic energy).
15. The presence of its own charging station or an agreement with a company that carries out work on recharging fire extinguishers OP, OU, OVE, ORP.
Additional requirement: mandatory daily maintenance and maintenance of fire protection systems (at least 6 hours) at the facility of LLC "Cross Line" complex "Tverskaya" (the presence of maintenance personnel of the Contractor and the performance of maintenance and maintenance work is strictly mandatory).
