- The equipment is new.
-Quality assurance.
-Preservation of the cost of at least 60 k.d. from the moment of receipt of the results from the E-Marketplace.
- Delivery of equipment in January 2024

Required documents:
1. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
2. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt for acceptance by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity
4. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity
5. Certificate of the authorized dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of the status of tax and fee settlements, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission.
7. The Charter
8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer with signature and seal (in the appendix).
11. Bidder questionnaire (in the appendix).

This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
