Comments: 1. The Bidder, as part of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding, provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding will not be considered. The documents must be in Excel format and in scanned form signed by an official authorized to sign;
Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of products must comply with GOST, TU;
2. The goods are considered accepted after passing the entrance control (visual inspection, mechanical properties, compliance with certificates with markings and tags);
3. The offered products must be new, not pledged;
4. The delivered products that do not meet the requirements of GOST, technical specifications that have not passed the entrance control are returned back at the supplier's expense;
5. Call for Bidding is carried out on the terms of the option +/- 100% of the volume of the concluded contract (The option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of Goods supplied under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
6. The prices indicated in the bid for Call for Bidding must be fixed by 07/30/2024. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
7. Bid deadline date and time: no later than 14 days from the start date of bid submission until 14-00 (Moscow time);
8. Payment: The preferred payment method is to delay payment for 30 calendar days.
9. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery of the goods.
10. Call for Bidding is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 1.1. По итогам рассмотренных документов и коммерческих частей по итогам переторжки, принято решение о заключении прейскурантных договоров со следующими участниками по следующим позициям, в соответствии с поданными ценовыми предложениями:
Участник № 1: 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 14
Участник № 3: 9, 10, 13
1.2 Указанные цены в представленных коммерческих предложениях участниками закупки зафиксировать сроком до «30» июля 2024 г.
1.3 С указанными в п 1.1. участниками заключить прейскурантные договоры, на условиях указанных в закупочной документации и извещении о закупке.
1.4. По позициям № 1, 2, 6, 8 закупочную процедуру прекратить.
