Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery of products within 30 calendar days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract. Payment shall be made as provided by the draft civil contract (Section 3 of this documentation). In case a participant suggests an advance payment of any amount, his application to participate in the procurement procedure will be rejected. The price specified in the procurement announcement shall include all the costs and expenses incurred by the participant while performing his obligations under the contract (in accordance with the draft civil contract, is given in section 3 of this documentation).
Delivery terms:
The maximum term (deadline) of delivery of goods (works, services) is 60 days from the date of the contract. In case an applicant suggests delivery term exceeding that specified maximum period, this is deemed to be the ground for rejection of his application to participate in the purchase procedure. The minimum products delivery term is 10 days from contract conclusion. In case an applicant suggests delivery term which is shorter than that specified minimum period, this is deemed to be the ground for rejection of his application to participate in the purchase procedure.
