: This procedure is open for the statistical need of 2025 in the amount of 4 pcs. This quantity can be changed by the customer's decision. Please take this circumstance into account when submitting an offer with price fixing until 06/01/2025.
The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the attached documentation of the Customer.
In the enclosed proposal on the letterhead of your company, please provide the following information:
1. Name of the proposed equipment.
2. Name of the manufacturer, country, city. Supplier status (manufacturer, dealer, intermediary). Without providing information about the manufacturer, confirmation of the manufacturer, Technical and Commercial Proposal is not allowed before consideration.
3. Price without VAT, taking into account the basis of delivery DDP customer's warehouse.
4. Warranty obligations – the maximum possible period in months.
5. The offer is valid for 30-45 days.
6. Delivery time in calendar days (minimum possible).
7. Payment terms – 100% priority upon delivery within 97 calendar days, taking into account a single payment day. If necessary, use the factoring scheme.
8. In case of confirmation of manufacture in full compliance with the customer's drawing, we ask you to reflect this in the Technical and Commercial Proposal indicating the materials of manufacture.
9. In case of manufacturing according to the supplier's drawing, please attach the drawing together with the proposal for technical coordination with the customer.
10. Confirmation of the order placement based on the letter of guarantee.
11. Confirmation of the production schedule, taking into account the main operations including Call for Bidding of raw materials, assembly, welding, etc. operations, shipping date and delivery date. This requirement is strictly mandatory.
The decision on the choice of a supplier will be made based on the technical conclusion of the customer, the conclusion of the security service (passing accreditation for the E-Marketplace) and the conditions for commercial offers.

In the absence of a previously agreed agreement, please familiarize yourself with the draft agreement attached to the procedure.
