Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 60 calendar days from products delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 10/15/2019 We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Transportation of goods to the carrier's warehouse in Omsk shall be at the Supplier's expense.

Comments:
1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Cordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
5) It is imperative to attach a quotation indicating unit prices with and without VAT, delivery times and payment terms.
6) Shut-off valves should be no earlier than 2019 of release without traces of rust. Delivery with original passports.
