- 100% delay of payment upon delivery of equipment;
- Advance payment in the amount of 500 000 RUB from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remaining part on the fact of delivery of equipment to the address of "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of all equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your KP).
