Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is REQUIRED to your offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure, prior to opening the envelopes, to attach the applicant's application form and documents in accordance with the list simultaneously with the submission of the offer and the file as a scanned copy of their offer (indicating delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped -participant in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
