Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The agreement will be concluded with APH Doronichi LLC preferably under the form of the customer's contract.

A quality certificate, declaration of conformity, TTN will need to be provided at the conclusion of the contract.

Only CPs obtained at ETP are considered.

This trading procedure is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer to choose the supplier.
