Payment terms:Payment under this agreement is made in the following order:
in the amount of 100% of the cost of each commodity unit - within 30 days from the receipt of each commodity unit and original invoices - invoices by the "Buyer".

Comments:
1. Acceptance of the text of the contract of the Customer
2. Only complete offers are considered.
3. The planned amount of the contract is 2,000,000 rubles. 00 Cop (incl. VAT).
4. Each batch of products to be delivered must have the following original accompanying documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue seal or a quality passport with a blue seal, technical data sheets of the product, as well as other documents whose presence is established by federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation - 1 copy.
- original invoice - 1 copy.
- waybill (form number TORG-12) - 2 copies.
The invoice and the invoice in the form of TORG-12 are transferred to the Buyer together with the products.
5. The customer has the right to refuse to enter into an agreement without giving reasons.
6.. The indicated amount is an approximate annual volume and may be revised upwards or downwards. Delivery according to the filed applications for actual needs.
7. Delivery to warehouses in Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk.
8. Bolts of strength class 8.8. must bear on the head of the bolt marking of the manufacturer, strength class, year of manufacture.
