4. A completed and signed estimate of works and materials in the form of a file "4. Statement of works and materials.xlsx" in PDF and EXCEL formats;
5. certificates, GOST standards and other acts established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the relevant type of activity (scanned copy);
6. Other documents at the discretion of the Procurement Participant with an accompanying note explaining the purpose of their submission.
