Mandatory conditions:
1. Delivery on DDP terms. Delivery basis
2. Deferred payment for at least 80 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the consignee.
3. Conclusion of the contract in the editorial office of Metalloinvest
4. Availability of electronic document management at the supplier (Contour.Diadoc)
5. Specify in the note the warranty obligations, the availability of a certificate of conformity, a quality passport for the products
6. Provision of personal accounts for the formation of a purchase order
7. Fixing the price for one year

The specified number of purchased goods and materials is indicative with an option up to the amount required by the customer for confirmed quarterly and additional applications during the year.
The requested products are divided into lots for each plant.
