Sales prices for goods and services are determined with reference to the market price from the data of the Rusmet Rating Agency (RA RUSMET LLC) depending on the metal category: Cable fittings and components made of ferrous metals and cast iron (category 5A),
The sales price is formed according to the following formula:
"C" _p= Ts_ryn *〖 K〗+P_
"C" _r (RUB / ton) – The selling price of goods of the corresponding category of metal in rubles without VAT per 1 ton;
"C" _ryn (RUB / ton) – the market price for acceptance by metallurgical plants of the corresponding category of metal from the data of the Rating Agency Rusmet (LLC "RA RUSMET").
"K" _ – Coefficient to the price of the corresponding category of metal (counterparty's offer), the coefficient value should not be less than 1.2.
•P- Compensation of the Seller's expenses for PRR.
If the weighing of goods takes place taking into account the loading container (Gross), then the total cost of sales of products is calculated based on the sales price of goods and net weight in tons, excluding the weight of the container."
