Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Cordiant JSC invites you to participate in a competition to select a contractor for manufacturing and delivery of POS materials to ensure Cordiant Professional brand representation in locations sales in January 2022

A more detailed technical assignment is reflected in the KP Form. Delivery according to the address program.

When submitting an offer you must:
1) Fill in the Proposal Form and send it in two formats: *.xl and *.pdf with the executive's signature and stamp.
2) Fill and submit the Participant Questionnaire in *.xl format
3) Send a list of documents for contractual work.

The offer must be fully compliant with the specifications.

Please note that all prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.

The Promoter has the right to withdraw from the competition at any time, without explanation, without any liability to the participants. The tender is not a tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
